You could wear knee high ones instead of full length (depending on the length of your outfit)? I wear italian summer pantyhose, they are 7 or 8 denier pantyhose. They feel great, feels like i dnt have any pantyhose on. Just wear the lighter style of hose without panties. Keeps everything cool. Or, just wear thigh high nylons. i’m a guy and i wear pantyhose everyday. shaving is a big help, no hair to hold the moisture. i use talc powder ( gold bond with zinc ) it help to me dry also. i also work in an air conditioned office which makes the biggest difference. on excessively hot day i will wear a garter belt and socking and a thong.
